Colombia Naturist Expedition
Your Hosts & Local Experts
This is not a standard tour. You will be guided by Angela & Carles.
🇨🇴 Angela is a proud Bogotana (from Bogotá). She knows the culture, the slang, and the best food spots that tourists usually miss.
Carles provides the “Freehiking” expertise. Together, this will be their 4th year guiding this specific route through Palomino and Tayrona. You are in safe, experienced hands.
📅 Detailed Daily Plan
Flexible Arrival: We recommend arriving on Friday to acclimatize to the altitude.
- Saturday Activity: We dive into the historic La Candelaria district. Angela will show us the colonial architecture and we’ll taste authentic local gastronomy. We take the cable car to Monserrate for panoramic views of the Andes.
- Saturday Night: Official Welcome Dinner. Time to meet your tribe!
We fly to Santa Marta and drive along the coast, seeing the snowy peaks of Sierra Nevada crash into the Caribbean sea.
Afternoon Warm-up: We arrive in Palomino. We drop our bags and head into the jungle for a 10km hike along the river. You will feel the humidity, hear the birds, and disconnect from the world.
A true naturist day. We hike 11km (flat) to the mouth of the San Salvador River.
- The Vibe: Mangroves, fresh water meeting salt water, and absolute freedom.
- Lunch: A relaxed picnic on the beach.
- Evening: We experience the Palomino nightlife. Dinner and dancing—get ready for some Cumbia and Vallenato rhythms!
We enter **Tayrona National Park** via the Calabazo entrance (less tourists, more nature).
The Trek: A 9km hike with 400m elevation through dense rainforest. Listen for the roar of Howler Monkeys!
Destination: Playa Brava. A secluded paradise with coconut palms and a sacred waterfall nearby where we can cool off.
We hike from Brava past the ancient indigenous ruins of Pueblito down to the coast.
- Boca de Saco: The legendary unofficial nudist beach. Big waves, massive rocks, and total freedom.
- Lunch: We walk to the famous Cabo San Juan for a hearty lunch by the sea.
- Exit: We hike out through the jungle to the main exit where our transport awaits to take us to Santa Marta for a shower and a nice dinner.
